I’m not sure what to write about today
I stayed up until 5am. Then got up around 11am. Now my sleep schedule is skewed.
I find it a little difficult to concentrate. I think I did pretty well with my responsibilities today, but at the very end of the day, I got distracted with a game for over 3 hours, which does not help me get back into routine.
For the past couple weeks, I’ve been successful at clearing all desktop icons and open browser tabs before bed. Now it’s 2 nights in a row where I haven’t. Still have stuff on my plate.
One is an email draft to reach out to a therapist/counselor in my area. It’s been sitting in my Drafts since Sunday. Why is it so hard? It’s like, I want to make a good first impression. Feels bad to be rejected by someone like that. (I reached out to one before, but they couldn’t work with me since we were in different states.)
